Joined ISD as the Executive Director (January 2016—August 2017), Taufikurrahman brings his extensive corporate leadership experiences as Country Director and President Director of PT Emerson Indonesia, part of Emerson Electric USA, one of the American Fortune 500technology companies which is also listed as one the World’s Most Admired Companies in the Electronic Industry according to Fortune Magazine.

In addition to his expertise in Industrial Technology, Taufikurrahman is also well known for his expertise in Oil and Gas/Energy sectors, which was mostly obtained during his professional working experiences with some leading Oil and Gas companies including Shell (Royal Dutch Shell), Premier Oil, and Pertamina, while his expertise in financial services and public sector management was obtained during his working experience with the World Bank and the Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia.

Taufikurrahman is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CA (Chartered Accountant), and member of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) and the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants (IAPI). He obtained his first degree in Accounting from the State College of Accountancy (STAN) through Government Scholarship Program. He is also a Cum Laude Graduate from the University of Indonesia (UI) in Economics/Accounting, and reached his Master Degree in Management Accounting from the Universitas Indonesia (UI) through Premier Oil Scholarship.

He has extensive experiences as Public Speaker, Leadership Trainer, Business Advisor, and Presenter at various programs and forums, both domestic and international. He also actively delivers speeches at CEO Talks events at various institutions as well as becoming guest Lecturer at some universities including University of Indonesia (UI), Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), and State College of Accountancy (STAN).

In his spare times, Taufikurrahman is keen to do sports, traveling, lecturing, and social activities such as being a volunteer and teacher for street children.
