The forum was held by United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN ESCAP) in Bangkok (10-12 Dec 2019). Our representative spoke in the session of “ASEAN Embracing a Digital Future” discussing challenges to achieve a digitally integrated ASEAN. To further the goal of increasing the growth of digital economy, these aspects must be met: affordable high-speed internet, improved digital skills, enhanced digital payments system, efficient logistic network, and reducing gaps in data-related regulations.
